Compassion Fatigue Program
For Helping Professionals

Welcome,

My name is Diane McKeyhan. I am a Registered Nurse and the founder of Resilient Professionals. This website has been created for all of us whom, in one way or another provide care to others in the workplace. It has been designed to support Physicians, Nurses, EMS, Caregivers, Clergy, Police Officers, and so many others. Many people encounter trauma and its repercussions over and over again in the course of their careers. This website strives to provide a resource of support and help with work-life sustainability for anyone that may be trauma exposed. It is for those professionals struggling with Compassion Fatigue/Empathic Stress, Lateral Violence, Burnout, Moral Distress or work related traumas.

It is the vision of Resilient Professionals to support the body, mind and spirit of those who have dedicated their lives to the welfare of others. We will share information, help to support and heal those who struggle, and seek to inspire professionals so they can enjoy long and resilient careers. We hope to also aid organizations and individual managers in properly supporting their staff-under-fire.

I invite you to come often, learn, share your thoughts and those strategies that have helped you with these issues. We are professionals helping professionals, because we are all on this journey of purpose together.

Sincerely,

Diane
